We had a fine visit at it with an airport shuttle, bus station and train station and such. We were blown away at the level of cleanliness at this hotel and its facilities A funny story: this one time some crew member knocked on our room door and asked if we had seen Dillan (!) allegedly a bird that is owned by this staff member broke out of it’s cage – LOLOLZ

The rooms are large and decorated. Location was barely okay but worked for me. Other hotels had better take lessons from the Los Alerces the finest location for a resort. Turning over the price I paid I wasn’t expecting to be that pleased. I have slept in quite a few types of accommodations and would suggest this was the greatest hotel ever The bedroom was fair. A staff member dumped on top of my lap a tray full of glasses of drink at lunch of the 3rd day. That sucked
